Elephant Valley Lodge is situated nestled between Zimbabwe and Botswana, within the Lesoma National Park, in the Chobe National Reserve. Nestled between huge black and white rhinos and lions, it is situated next to a small watering hole that attracts many wild herds of elephants who feed regularly throughout the year. The lodge has also been designed so that it is close to the main roads leading into Kasane, the capital of the reserve. The lodge has a variety of things to offer visitors from a safari experience to the area itself. The hotel offers four different dining options, one in a restaurant, one in a lodge, two at an outdoor eating area, and one in a pool area. All dining is situated within the resort and guests are welcome to dine in any way they wish.

Visitors are able to go on guided tours of the reserve and experience the natural environment of the area. These include tours of the bush and the wildlife of the reserve, the different ecosystems in the reserve and the unique landscape. The tour guides are well informed about the history and current conditions of the reserve and are often local tour operators. In addition, the guides are very knowledgeable about the different animals in the reserve, what they eat and how they survive in the wild. They also give you information on the many parks and national reserves that surround the reserve as well as offering you information about the wildlife and conservation efforts of the reserve.

While on the tour you will be given a chance to observe and photograph some of the wildlife living and breeding in the reserve. The guided tours will also include guided helicopter rides over the reserve. These tours are usually offered in the evening and are often accompanied by a guided Jeep or car ride over the reserve. It is possible to take a longer walk down to Lake Bogoria, the reserve's natural lake, which is a World Heritage Site and is surrounded by the Chobe National Reserve.

Many people choose to stay in this lodge when they come to the Elephant Valley. This provides them with a comfortable place to relax, unwind and have a good meal with their families, friends and loved ones. During their stay they can choose from a wide range of different activities, and they will also be able to participate in guided tours and guided walks.

The lodge also offers guided tours that cover some of the best known big game in the reserve, including giraffes, leopards, wildebeests, hippos and many other big game. Other activities that guests can enjoy while staying at the lodge include trips down the local trails, hunting trips and bird watching. While you are there you can also experience an evening meal in the lodge. Guests are able to cook their own meal on their own or you can arrange for a catered meal in the dining room.
